At present, ripples are being created for a different reason altogether. Last year, Drishtee Development and Communication Ltd, a Noida-based company opened the first rural BPO of north India.

CELEBRATE THE ADVENT OF 2007 BY WINNING GREAT INCENTIVES FROM CEEP.


Quiver celebrated Gandhi Jayanti and Dussehra, by organizing the “Mahatma Gandhi Scholarship Award.” This award was based on questions related to Mahatma Gandhi and the General Knowledge on India. This contest was organized both online and off-line so that maximum people could be reached and delivered the importance of learning English and Computer. A massive response was seen both online and off-line. The awards were set to motivate the students and persuade them to divert towards education. The awards included three levels, first, second and third giving the “Certificate of Excellence” from CEEP and a Scholarship amount of Rs.500, 250 and 100 for six months each respectively.


Conducted on August 20, 2006 this was an Essay Writing Competition open for all. The participants were divided in 2 Age Groups:
a. Age group 10-17 years.
b. Age group 18-50 years.

The students were free to refer any of their friends/ relatives/ acquaintances for participating in the contest, as the aim of CEEP India is to eradicate Computer and English illiteracy from the Rural India. After the completion of the contest all the essays were dispatched to CEEP Head Office. Quiver head office selected one National Level Winner in Each Category and they were offered free course and jobs at CEEP faculty for English to the top two writers after an interview, respectively.


“GYAN SUTRA” A contest which had mission to spread education to one and all. This Contest was held to give a platform to rural people where the knowledgeable and learned children/youth and middle aged can execute their talent and knowledge held at all CEEP centers where people from the village and near by areas were invited to participate, people were motivated to bring in more people to participate, for which they were given incentives also. The process of registration was kept very simple so that every interested candidate can enroll his participation.
